How to Join

Online Application:
  1. Complete the Online Form and submit.
  2. Select your option below for payment of membership fees.
  3. Follow the instructions on how to make your membership fee payment.
  4. Inform us by email at jy6fanclub@gmail.com once you have made your payment.

Payment Options

  • Bank Transfer / Deposit:
    1. Transfer / deposit the membership fee to:
      • Hang Seng Bank Limited
      • Account No.: 395-515729-883
      • Account Name: JY6 Joey Yung International Fan Club Limited
    2. Return the original bank slip to JY6:
      • by mail to JY6 Joey Yung International Fan Club at 28/F Emperor Group Centre, 288 Hennessy Road, WanChai, Hong Kong
      • by submitting to JY6 Group Leaders at Joey's functions

  • PayPal:
    1. There will be an additional 5％ charge for PayPal payments.
    2. Once you have submitted your online form, you will be directed to the PayPal payment page.
